Welcome to the all new GTA-SanAndreas.com site. This site is here to provide up to date information on the newest Grand Theft Auto game, San Andreas. The site originally started on February 17, 2003 based on rumours and speculation, and after over a year of working with no content, the game was finally confirmed. Since then the site has gone through two different layouts, and is now settling on this, the third design for the site. The site is updated daily and aims to be one of the best resources for GTA: San Andreas information. Thanks for visiting and we hope you enjoy the site and find everything useful. We also suggest using a screen resolution of 800x600 or 1024x768 to view this site. GTA-SanAndreas.com will not be updated any more however the site will remain for archive purposes.

Update
If you're anxiously awaiting the launch, we're still putting the final touches onto it, but it should be live between 4 and 5 PM GMT.
Over the past 10 months I have been very hard at work developing a new website which covers all of the GTA games in the series. This website is now more or less complete and will be launched tomorrow, 09/09/09.
The site is called iGrandTheftAuto.com and features a brand new content management system coded from scratch. The forums and website are fully integrated, meaning you have the ability to log in on either the site or forum, where you can post comments on, or rate various content across the site.
Some other features include an Achievements system, similar to Xbox 360 games, where members are rewarded for completing various tasks across the website, and content submission where members have the ability to contribute Guides, Images, Videos, Downloads, News and submit Questions for a Frequently Asked Questions database.
In addition, we have plenty of community features including member blogs and a Yearbook built into the site, and other GTA or gaming websites can use the built in Affiliation tool to add their links and buttons to our website.
There are plenty more features which I'm not going to cover just yet, but the site will go live in the next 24 hours, where you'll be able to see it in all of it's glory.
As a result, we will be permanently closing the GTA4.TV forums from about 8 PM GMT tonight, where we will then copy all content over to the new forums on the new site. All members have been copied across already, so you will not have to re-register if you already have an account at GTA4.TV.
Stay tuned for updates, and I hope you enjoy the new site. It's been a long and somewhat painful process, but it's by far the greatest thing I've ever created, so hopefully the feedback will reflect that.
We also have a Facebook Group and Fan Page, a Twitter account and a YouTube channel which you may wish to join or follow.
If you live in the UK, you may be able to find the newest issue of Xbox World 360 Magazine, which contains a brand new 8 page preview of Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad Of Gay Tony.
Some of the main (awesome) points from the article are as follows:
There will be around 20 mission in The Ballad Of Gay Tony. A similar number to The Lost And Damned, so we expect it will take players around 5 hours to complete the story.
You're able to re-play missions at any time after completing them!
When you complete a mission you are given a score of up to 100% depending on how you performed. Replaying the missions allows you to improve these scores.
The in-game HUD (radar/map etc) is a light pink/purple style, as you'd probably guess from the colours used in the logo.
There are three new nightclubs which can be accessed in TBOGT. These include Bahama Mamas, Hercules and Maisonette 9.
It's Luis' job to look after Gay Tony's clubs - Hercules and Maiseonette 9.
Algonquin's golf course (behind the bowling alley, on the pier... you know) is now more than a piece of scenery. It can actually be used to play a golf mini-game!
A number of new websites have been added to the in-game internet.
Four missions were previewed within the article, but bearing in mind there are only around 20, we're not going to cover them in order to avoid spoiling part of the story. If you want to read the details, click the link below for GTA4.net.
Building up the anticipation of the release of The Ballad Of Gay Tony next month, R* have posted a Q & A on the game over at the Rockstar Games Website head on over and you might see some of your questions answered!
Thanks to Qdeathstar for bringing this to our attention
One of our fellow affiliate GTA fansites, GTACrew.net have received Official Xbox Magazine Spain's new issue, which features a bit of new information on The Ballad of Gay Tony. Inside are a number of new screenshots, and a few new pieces of information.
New vehicles spotted so far include a light SWAT Tank and a luxury vehicle similar to a Rolls Royce Phantom.
The missions will be much more tense and feature more action than GTA4's because the gamers missed this.
New weapons include an AA-12 Pump Shotgun.
Two new minigames are mentioned:
Base Jumping (with the parachute, obviously)
Another which involves management of the club premesis where Luis will have to throw undesirables out of the club, or dance to keep people happy.
You can head over to their website for low quality scans of the new screenshots.
We'll post any further info when we get it. Stay tuned!
Having watched the awesome new trailer multiple times, I spent the last hour and a bit ripping all of the frames and selecting pretty much one frame from each scene to add to the website. There are some quite awesome images here, and I've included some of the best below, but to view all 62 images either head to page 8 of the image gallery (and work your way back towards page 1), or view the screencapspages.
In addition, we've got a new poll on the right hand side of the website asking if you "Want Gay Tony". You all know you do.
An article was posted in USA today featuring an interview with Dan Houser. In it he talks about The Ballad Of Gay Tony. There are a few snippets of information we haven't heard before, including details of one mission which involves picking up a subway car with a Skyhook helicopter for a collector of rare items.
There's a new screenshot included with the article too, showing Luis Lopez walking along the top of, presumably, the train which he ends up "stealing".
As if we need to remind you again, but the first trailer is released in about 7 hours time, so make sure you're fixed on GTA4.TV for all of the new details.
The Ballad of Gay Tony/Episodes From Liberty City trailer we're expecting tomorrow is going up at 1PM EST, which translates to 6PM GMT for us Brits and 3AM for those Eastern Australians out there.
Hopefully Rockstar won't singlehandedly break the internet this time round...
Rockstar has unveiled the cover art for the Episodes From Liberty City pack, which features artwork from both The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony:
Episodes From Liberty City will contain both episodic content packs for the Xbox 360 version of GTA IV and works as a standalone game; you won't need a copy of the vanilla GTA IV to play it. Release date: October 22nd. Trailer: tomorrow!
